Memories of a lovely Friday evening:

A huge group of people around the table at the bar. People from work. Friends of Laura Lee and Ailsa, the two birthday girls.

Free hors d'oeuvres, left over from some catering gig the bar staff was doing, that they "left" at our table.

Getting home at 9:45, with a case of beer, and Shari and Trevor, to watch the last episode of Sex and the City.

Trevor wearing a Hot Protein hair treatment (yes, many jokes ensued) and an oatmeal mask while we watched Sex and the City.

Two games of Trival Pursuit.

Teaching Shari and Trevor my favorite card game.

A last glass of red wine before bed. And a really good book.

And a big bed, all to myself.
