Why, oh why, is there such a gap between what I say (or think) I'm going to do, and what I actually do?

What I say or think I'm going to do is for my own mental well-being. What I actually do is something that is certainly going to further my fucked-up nature.

Why is that?

Why do I have this bleeding heart?

Why do I love? It's only the path to ruin.
