This guy stormed out of my play yesterday, after only 10 minutes, and demanded his money back. He said he "wasn't paying good money to listen to a couple of bitches for an hour" and "the world already has enough vulgarity in it without having to hear THAT" and "that pay just smelled".

Wow.

Our Box Office Manager, who's just too damned nice for her own good, actually gave him his money back and said she hoped he liked the next play better. It's a good thing I wasn't there to actually hear this (just got it by report later) as I would not have been so kind.

First of all, if he has a problem with all the vulgarity in the world, maybe he shouldn't be going around calling women "bitches". There isn't even any vulgarity in the play, at least in the form of swearing or anything like that. Secondly, being a rude asshole usually doesn't help you to get your money back (unless you run into someone as nice as Heather, I guess). Thirdly, Fuck Off you dumb-ass!
